Why refugee law is important
Why refugee law is important
Basically International Laws of Refugees are made for the
good of the people who are forced to
flee his or her own country because of prosecution, war, violence or any other
reason. I think refugee law is important for both the refugees and the country
which gives shelter to them. by the law refugees can have a good and protected
life and can enjoy many facilities which are provided by the Law. it is a
major problem and they will never return home so international law ensure their
safety. If there were no laws regarding these refugees, it would be near
impossible for them to survive
It has legal significance in the sense that, it provides the basic standards on which principled action can be founded. It has political significance because, it provides a truly universal framework within which States can co-operate and share the responsibilities in case of events of forced displacement.
